Whatever you want to be, do or have in your life - I’m here to support you!
Hello and thanks for visiting my website. I really appreciate it!
My name is Peter. I’m 53 years old, a husband and father. I was born in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. I made St Albans my home in 2003.
I’ve had a 30-year career in the sales, marketing and the consumer data industries. Since 2016, I’ve been a self-employed business consultant.
Now, I want to support both businesses and individuals in a new and different way.
I have always enjoyed building relationships with people and helping them. To be given the opportunity to do that is an incredible privilege. For me, there is something incredibly rewarding in supporting someone to make change in their life.
Over the last few years, several clients and friends have asked me about coaching and whether I provide a coaching service. Some even suggested to me that I’d be a good coach. So that’s exactly what I’ve done: I’ve studied over the last year and I’m now a qualified life coach.
Whatever you want to be, do or have in your life - I can support you. Book a discovery conversation with me today & let’s discuss how we work together to move you closer to achieving your goals.
What Is Life Coaching?
“We cannot teach people anything; we can only help them discover it within themselves.” (Galileo Galilei)
If I’m your coach, I work with you to help you gain insights about yourself, so that you can give yourself the best ‘advice’ you can get, from the person who knows you best – which is you!
I don’t give you advice. I work with you to help you to understand where you are now, where you want to get to, and what your options are for taking action and moving forward.
That’s what coaching is: supporting someone to progress towards whatever they want to be, do or have in their life.

Why Work With Me?
That’s a great question. Choosing a coach that’s right for you is a big deal.
I believe that life is amazing, but sometimes it can be complicated and challenging. What make us resilient is how we navigate these situations.
Whether in my personal life or my career, I’ve experienced some challenges in my life. I believe most people have.
These challenges have included: unexpected difficulties following the birth of my daughter in 2006; kidney failure in 2021; my father going into a nursing home in 2025; two redundancies; leaving jobs where it was easier to walk away than manage conflict or failure.
I’ve come through these challenges and I’ve learned lessons from them.
Sharing your goals with someone and asking for their help and support is a brave thing to do. If you’re up for it, I’d love to support you. Get in touch with me and take the first step towards achiecing your goals.
Who Works With Me?
I work with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds. My clients bring a range of topics and challenges to their sessions.
Every client relationship is confidential. What I can share are some of the themes I have helped my clients navigate:
wanting to be more confident, but not knowing where or how to start
preparing for and managing a return to work after a long period away from employment (for example, maternity leave, raising a family, a period of illness)
experiencing a forced change in the workplace or career (for example, a change in job role, a change in line management, redundancy)
adjusting to changes in circumstances and lifestyle following an illness, operation or health diagnosis
adjusting to change, following the end of a significant relationship
Why not get in touch today? I’d love to discuss with you how we can work together.
